How to Adopt a Puppy

The first thing customers should do before reaching out is researching the breed they are interested in buying. Goldendoodles and Bernedoodles are a family friendly, highly intelligent, loyal breed. However, they are high maintenance and need a lot of mental stimulation and exercise.

Once you are set on a breed, you can contact us about our current or future litters. We get multiple texts, emails, and messages everyday. Please give us 48 hours to get back to you. 

Once we have posted an upcoming litter and opened our waitlist, you can place a deposit to secure a spot. We work in a first come, first serve basis. The order of our deposit list is determined by the order in which deposits were received. The remaining balance is due when puppies turn 7 weeks old. 

Once puppies are born, I will notify everyone who placed a deposit within three days. We usually post pictures once puppies are a few days old. We will give each family about a week to respond to our email. If we have not heard back from them by then, we will move on to the next family on our list. 

 If we have more puppies than we took deposits for, we will open our deposit list back up.

 Over the next eight weeks we will post pictures and send updates bi-weekly. Please understand that raising a litter is very time consuming and hard work. Keeping our puppies safe, healthy, fed and clean are our #1 priorities.

Puppy selections are usually done when puppies are 4-5 weeks old. This is when puppies start to show their personalities. Some families may pick earlier. Most families pick out based on the pictures and videos sent out, or via FaceTime. Others may want to visit puppies in order to pick. If you want to pick in person, please schedule a 30-minute play session in advance.

It is finally Puppy Pick Up Day! Puppies are able to to you their forever homes once they turn 8 weeks old. I will reach out before this time to schedule a pick up date. Please be on time, as other families may pick up after you. We understand things happen, such as traffic. If you believe you will be late, please let us know.

If you are traveling far, please make sure to bring a towel in case puppy gets car sick.
